George was the very first little boy helped by Victoria's Wish after we heard about his cerebral palsey. This little 4 year old boy loved everything Disney and Victoria's Wish took on the task of making his dreams come true by raising funds to take him and his family to Disneyland Paris where he would meet all his favourite Disney characters.

When they cam home, Michelle, George's mum described the wonderful time that they had and how it gave them the confidence to take him to other places in the future, something that they thought would never be possible.

George is now a regular at our Annual pantomime trip and party and he now has a lovely brother to bring along too. George was an inspiration to us all and despite regularly having to suffer fits he is forever smiling.

 Enna came to us as a beautiful 8 year old girl who had been diagnosed with a very aggressive type of brain tumor at the age of six. After undergoing major surgery Enna underwent gruelling Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy which was extremely stressful for this beautiful young girl. Her mum told us how lovely it was to see Enna enjoying herself in an environment where she felt completely at home with the other children and had renewed a friendship first struck up when they met on the childrens oncology ward.

Enna is a truly inspiring little girl who gives hope to new families starting along the horrific road called "Childhood Cancer" and we all pray for a day when science discovers more sophisticated treatments for this merciless condition.
